Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas: Beauty Boxes

Have you recovered from the pressures of finding the perfect present for Christmas yet? Yes? Well, tough luck! ‘Cause Valentine’s Day is just a bit more than 2 weeks away! We just don’t get any breaks, do we!?!

My man Lodz is always good with buying me presents for any occasion – I don’t know how he does it, but he always finds the perfect gift. I on the other hand ALWAYS struggle with finding the right present. I spend hours sitting around, trying desperately to remember all the random things he’s ever said he liked or wanted or said would be cool to have. And I make lists – plenty of lists. And of course as soon as one occasion is done and gone, I bin that list. WHY?! I should keep it for reference for future occasions! But noooo…. I’m an IDIOT! So now again, I’m struggling with thinking of a good present for Valentine’s Day!

Boys just have it so much easier – just remember the tons and tons of things that boys and men could choose from to give to their mums, sisters, daughters, wives and girlfriends… and then think of the minimal selection that us girls got to choose from for the boys…

But now there’s the GlossyBox for Men that comes out quarterly for £15 + p&p and Men are Useless’s various box offers ranging from £12-£17 – deliverable monthly, 6-weekly or quarterly!

If you are a guy or girl trying to figure out what to get your girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, maybe Lodz’ comparative blog post on all available ‘girls’ beauty boxes might help you choose! Go check it out

I can’t imagine my boyfriend’s face if I got him a beauty box… he’s not the pampering type! Still, I think it’s really good that manly ones are being made.

Also, the photo at the top of this post is so cute! x

Lodz wasn’t the pampering type either until I gave him some products that really made a difference. Get your man one box – he can try the items and if he doesn’t like it then you’ve not lost much really!
