I’m Lodz, and my skin hates me.
An odd introduction I will grant you, but because my skin seems to dislike me so much, I have a fair bit of experience at choosing the right grooming products. In this and following posts I’m going to suggest the product I use for certain areas, as well as give you a bit of advice on how to pick ones for yourself!
I’m going to go through the day with this one, so hopefully you can follow the progression.
Today’s Topc: In the shower
I am a big fan of Dove’s Men +Care range of products, especially the shower gel. It comes in three varieties, a soft moisture-rich one, a fresh, slightly cooling one, and the final one has small beads to scrub away dead skin. The scents are fairly neutral, fresh and masculine. All of them can be used as a facewash too, to good effect, although I use a specialist facewash. Original Source are also worth a look for shower stuff, as the fresh fruity fragrances are lovely.
I tend to use Simple for Men’s Hydratin gFace Wash. It’s very neutral, unfragranced facewash, and highly unlikely to give you any problems with your skin. Simple is brilliant for sensitive skin, and they have a great range of products available.
The next episode/guest article by me will be about Shaving, so stay tuned!
