Recently I was lucky to attend a joint product launch event hosted by TRESemme & V05 in Soho Hotel in London.

The lovely XtinaG (follow her blog & on twitter!! SHES AWESOME!) and I met up at 3pm and went shopping in London. It was so much fun to hang out with someone just as stingy and makeup-obsessed as I am! It was hard to remember that there’s a 10 year age gap between us! Hahah! It was the first time for her to meet anyone off the internet and she seemed to have a lot of fun :-) It was also her first blogger event too! VERY EXCITING!!!

So we hung out and discussed the lovely Pixiwoos sisters and all the other famous youtubers and bloggers and eventually ended up at the hotel to actually then received by the lovelies people ever. It was in a beautiful appartment that the organizers had rented out; there was cakes on a stick (lol), white and red wine, cranberry juice and just all sorts of finger food (and some very handsome men haha).

Lots of famous bloggers & youtubers were there and I finally got to put a face to a lot of bloggers that I’ve been following for a while (I got tipsy and actually ended up kneeling down in front of London Beauty Queen!).

They had an Australian celebrity hair stylist (Heath) there, who had done loads of celebs’ hair and he was really cool and showed off the awesome new V05 products. I had a chance to talk to him later and he gave lots of cool tips & tricks that I’ll be trying out!!

In the 2nd room they had the talented Matt Curtis showcase the new TRESemme products with a stunning model who I tricked into giving me more hair tips and then suddenly Matt started doing my problem hair! It was awesome! He ended up doing the hair of XtinaG (Christina Marie says…), Zoe (London Lip Gloss), Gemma (Gemmaquillage) and Nicole (NicoleV86). So cool!!

I ended up making a twat out of myself as I got too tipsy, but ah well! It was the day I handed in my paper, so I had promised to myself to get drunk anyways! LOL. Let’s hope I’ll be invited back haha.
