Last Saturday I finally fulfilled a blogger dream of mine and “hosted” a blogger meet-up in London. Ever since starting blogging when I was still in Birmingham I wanted to do this, because I didn’t know that many bloggers personally and though I got to meet some lovely peeps at various events, it was hard for me to make real friends because I was based up there. So I promised myself when I move to London, I won’t just attend lots of meet-ups to make friends who I can share my passion with but also setup one myself.

It was such a fantastic day! We met up at 2pm at The Folly Bar (you have to check this place out, it’s so amazing and the food is so lush!) and chatted about blogging and brands and other random stuff for hours and hours. Make Believe Beauty and Wons Upon A Time were so lovely to sponsor a little Christmas gift each as well and I brought out my not-so-Santa Santa’s Bag as well.

Some of us then headed over to Harrods, which was super exciting as I had never been myself ever and then the hard-core lovelies aka myself, Joseph from Unlimited by JK, Lodz and Cheryl from Invest in Your Chest headed over to the fantastic Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park despite the rain.

Thank you so much for everyone who came – Julie, Safira, Diana, Aysha, Millie, Cheryl, Joseph, Lodz, Emily, Sarah, Laura and Letizia – I really am so glad that you guys came and made this day sooo perfect!!

For everyone who couldn’t make it – I can only recommend going to blogger meet-ups! It’s so amazing to hear other bloggers’ tips & tricks and experience and share the love and passion!

The next blogger meet-up is this Saturday 1st December in London, organised by Julie & Safira – the details are on Safira’s blog! If you’re not based in London there is another blogger meet-up on Saturday 1st December in Birmingham – this is organised by the lovely Hayley!
