Shoes: Primark / Bag: Vintage / Blazer: Blonde & Blonde (*, via Bank)
My friend Lina organised a wee little clothes swap party for her, my other friend Lisa and myself when I last went up to Birmingham for interviews and other errands, so I ended up snatching up this beautifully saucy black lace v-neck & v-back top, that she unbelievably wore to a bad taste party (does that mean I have bad taste too? lol). She has no idea where it’s from and it has no labels, so we’ve decided it’s vintage ;)
So is that blue bag – it’s my mum’s and as far as I know, it’s from the 70s and possibly even self-made (she sewed all sorts of things herself like my baby clothes, my bros’ clothes, etc).
I still love that maxi skirt – it’s one of my go-to items whenever it’s warm outside, because it’s just so light and beautiful in any slight breeze. But the temperature cool down so quickly, so I needed a blazer and thought that this white one goes nicely. I think this is an outfit ideal for late summer night drinks in the pub in the garden (which I didn’t get to do until the next day lol)
And I love seeing Lodz getting along with my DSLR better and better – the pictures are fantastic and absolutely not edited (besides the odd cropping work!). He struggles with the evilness that is a 50mm lens though!
Bet I’m not the only style & fashion blogger who’s abusing her other half to take her pictures? What are your experiences? Are they quick learners and supportive?
