Oxblood. Burgundy. Maroon. Blood Red. Brick Red. Wine Red. Berry Red. Whatever you name this colour, I freaking love it. Forgotten is the hideous mustard yellow colour from AW11 (thank F for that – I still can’t get my head around how someone would like to wear a dirty yellow?). In with the most beautiful version of red. I’ve never been a big fan of bright red. It’s always been this type of red. I just love it and, not to spoil you or anything, but you’ll see more of it.
Anyways, I’m accumulating more and more things that are either gold-studded, berry red or black. And if I can combine at least 2 out of these 3, I’m massively winning. Like with those heels from Primark! Or with that skirt from H&M (which I’m by the way wearing back to front as the front has a hideous top-to-bottom zip).
I do love a good black and white combo too though! Hence the b&w tiger jumper from Glamorous (I gotta say, I’m getting into the animal patterns for sure!) and that beautiful coat from Next. Matched with the spikey tassle necklace by Ever Ours —– HEAVEN!!
You probably have seen that coat on a few other fashion bloggers already – it’s because most of us voted it a blogger’s favourite with our tags that we got at the Next Lock-In, which I will blog about very, very soon I hope!
There have been so many fabulous events recently I want to show you, but I’ve had like no time at all! Plus I also have my SEVEN GIVEAWAYS for this blog’s 2nd birthday coming up from 29th November, which took a while to sort out!
Anyways, I’m sure you’ll get sick of my blogging daily again very, very soon haha.
Also: SEVEN Giveaways – YAY or NAY? ;)

Absolutely love 'burgundy' (as I so choose to call it!) and I'm even wearing some today despite having just dressed by grabbing the first warm thing out of the cupboard (I'm sick! Lol).I've always loved burgundy and warm, earthy colours so it's such a treat for me to see the high street filled with so many options in my favourite colours :)Also, I'm really getting into Glamorous!! I picked up a couple of pieces at the Ark Warehouse sale and since have checked them out online. I think their collection is a bit hit and miss RE: my personal style, but the good pieces are gorgeous and so affordable :))Sophie | http://onetenzeroseven.com/blog
I lvoe those boots- amazed they're from Primark, and that coat looks so cosy.
Red lipstick looks good on you! And the booties are perfect, love the colour.
yeah they are a bit hit & miss but generally speaking they're right up my street. especially price wise :)
I know, right?! was positively surprised! plus these are like the only heels i've found with golden studs that weren't spikey n grungy like!
thank you tamara :) xxx
