Did you know I’m one of the world’s most laziest people? Seriously, when it comes at least to makeup. Seriously, when it’s choice between staying in bed for another 10 minutes and applying pretty makeup, I always go for the 10min extra in bed! So rather than playing with lots of eye shadows, my go-to look is winged eyeliner & lots mascara.
Obviously, that means I am constantly on the hunt for a good, precise, easy-to-apply, long-lasting eyeliner. One of these that I also mentioned in my favourites 2012 video and my January favourites is the Pixi Beauty Lash Line Ink.
This black, felt-tip pen style eyeliner has the most precise tip, that really allows brilliantly delicate lines, so that I can really get the pointiest winged line both on the inner corner of the eye and of course on the outer side too. I had tried achieving this with so many different liners, gel based out of a pot, or pencil, or liquid liners. None of them were this precise.
Also the blackness of the liner is full-on, like fully opaque from the first go in comparison to lots of watery liners, both on the felt-tip pen style side as well as general liquid liners.
The biggest part that this liner wins on is its long longevity – I really didn’t expect how good this liner is! As I said I’m lazy – that includes being too lazy to take my makeup off in the evening (yes, I know, that’s bad for my skin and all that – I’m sure I’ll have to pay for this soon enough!). When the eyeliner is pretty much still intact in the morning, then that’s more than I could ever ask for (most eyeliners normally leave me looking like a panda in the morning).
Overall, the liner is absolutely brilliant, exactly what I want in an eyeliner and it’s one of the very few items that I would swear on for anyone to get. For £12 you can get it online and in store – and you just can’t go wrong.
