Review: No7 Eyeshadow Blend & Contour Brush

No7 is a brand available at Boots in the UK and have released a couple of brushes, one of which is the Eyeshadow Blend & Contour brush that I’m reviewing here.

Packaging:
It comes in a see-through plastic pouch with a plastic zip-like shutter on its side. It’s easy to open and it holds pouch keeps the brush nicely safe. 5 out of 5

Product
The product has white/ivory colored bristles. It’s short handle has a golden metal head and a black matte bottom with the brush’s name written across it in golden letters. No7 do a lot other brushes too, such as eye shadow and foundation and powder brushes. This brush reminds me a lot of Sigma’s blending brush (originally SS224 I believe), which is what you can see in the comparative pictures below. 5 out of 5

Quality
The bristles are very soft and don’t scratch when I blend my eye shadow with it. It picks up the right amount of color and because of its slightly flat brush head shape, it creates nice creases. I prefer short-handle brushes, so this one lies really light in my hand with gives me a love of freedom to work close to the mirror. I do wonder if the glue between the black and the golden parts of the brush will come loose at some point. But right now, it’s fine, so 5 out of 5

Overall
A fantastic blending brush for a great price! It’s more than half the price of MAC’s blending brush and cheaper than Sigma’s because you don’t have to pay shipping – you can just go to the next Boots and pick it up from there! I will definitely buy this again! 5 out of 5
