I go through these phases of wearing lots of lip products to none at all. Until a couple of months ago I didn’t even like wearing lipstick because I didn’t see a point in it what with my smoking and all that.

I still smoke, but I started experimenting with lipsticks and since then I’ve reviewed some of my favourites like my Guerlain lippie, my CK One lippie, my lippie from Illamasqua, the Rimmel Apocalips babies or most recently the Sleek MakeUP Lip4 Palettes. I’ve discovered that I really like reds and fuchsias.

So it’s only natural that I am drawn to the highly pigmented Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipsticks, which have been out for a while online and in store in Boots and Superdrug.

It’s ready to wear formula is enriched with ¼ of pure laque for a radiant, glossy finish and orchid blossom extract so it glides onto the lips leaving them feeling smooth, hydrated and protected for up to 10 hours.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipsticks *: 07 {Fuchsia Graffiti}, 06 {Rose Coquette} and 05 {Brun Boheme}

I was really surprised how good these lipsticks are. I knew that Bourjois is known for their healthy mix foundation and their amazing FAN-tastic volume mascara and eyeshadows but I had never tried their lipsticks.

For £8 and 18 shades to choose from I don’t think there’s anything wrong with these.

Have you tried these? What do you think?

    I really like 05 on you, I think it complements your skin tone the best. I havent actually tried any Bourjois products before, Im not sure why to be honest. But I may have to now. On a random side note,I never really though about smoking and lipstick coming off before! x
